Welcome to my site for beginner and more advanced Gong-Fu more commonly known as (Kung-fu).
This site does not have super advanced level technique, but enough to get you started and maybe an 'on the side' training source so you can learn some moves and such.

(2003)My name is Justin Adams-Pallais. I have been studying traditional Chinese Shaolin, and basic kick-Boxing Gong-Fu for around 4 and a half years. I am not very advanced, but know some. Some information is directly from other sites and there are links to other Gong-Fu sites too. As I get more advanced the site will too. There is definitely no comparison to a real teacher or teachers. But this will help you a little to exceed. I recommend if you want to learn Kung-Fu for real, (or any other martial art for that matter) Join a school and refer to this on the side for help in some techniques you are having trouble with. Like a private class, for basic and middle levels of Gong-Fu. Please feel free to explore the site at your will. It is open to everyone.


The rough translation of Gong-Fu means good skill after hard work and intense practice.
Gong-Fu is a Chinese Martial Art. In fact, basically all Chinese Martial Arts are based on or actually are Kung-Fu. Even some forms of Chinese Boxing. The kind here is mostly Shaolin.
Gong-Fu is not just the combat. It is the way of becoming deeply in touch with ones soul, mind, body and heart and enhancing spirituality. Understanding one's self and learning to channel energy (Chi) through they're entire self and using it to do wonders. In Kung-Fu, people can punch through as much 50 large solid bricks stacked up in a row. Or kick right through 1000 pounds of pure, hard ice. or, withstand extreme temperatures of both cold and hot. People can perform amazing tricks of acrobatics and become 'untouchable' to attack and a lot more. Gong-Fu is also the way of respect, honor and humility. Keeping a low profile, only fighting when in need, and understanding you're true strength and only using it for good. Unfortunately the world (as far as we know) will never be completely peaceful, so we Martial Artists have to adapt. Gong-Fu is the way of building a new instinct; overriding the previous, barbaric instinct, promoting overall better life, health, art and longevity, becoming a better person and spreading Martial Arts all around the world.
